Shop Hive Cut-out

Hive Cut-out

$0.00

As a beekeeper, you are generally approached with two questions:

  1. Do you have any honey?

  2. Will you come get these bees off my property?

Now, the honey question is easy. The other question can get quite complicated. So here is what a beekeeper wants to know about the bees on your property:

    • First and foremost… ARE THEY ACTUAL HONEY BEES? I personally do not know anyone who harvests honey from yellow jackets. We aren't coming out to catch those! sorry.

      Now…

    • IS IT A SWARM? These are simply a cluster of bees hanging out for a short period of time. Typically on a branch or bush or similar, and are time sensitive. Call as soon as you see these (free removal service).

      … and lastly…

    • IS IT A CUT-OUT? Simply put… do I have to cut, pry, or break something open to access an ESTABLISHED colony, and remove it?

If it falls into the last category, that is what we call a cut-out. Please reach out to us and we will come take a look at your specific situation. If we feel it is something we can handle, we will provide you with a free estimate and go from there.
